Our team uses an integrative approach for individual mental health therapy, while providing a supportive and non-judgmental setting to enhance your life. Jenee and Dana offer wide-ranging practices to meet you where you are- at your starting point.
Examples of modalities utilized in session include cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness and mediation, hypnoses, past life regression and internal family systems. We aim to improve your well-being by using a variety of therapeutic interventions and building from your strengths to create lasting change.
