my philosophy and approach to helping

I strive to create a warm, supportive space where you can explore your experiences, emotions, and challenges at your own pace. I'll be here to offer guidance, practical tools, and feedback. Ultimately, the focus is on helping you take what you discover in our sessions and gently apply it to your daily life, so you can experience meaningful growth and positive change.

Areas of special interest

“The only constant in life is change” – Heraclitus

Change is a constant, both within us and around us, and growth often emerges from navigating those shifts. I’m passionate about supporting individuals on their journey of self-discovery, especially those who are seeking a more authentic way of living. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, depression, or simply feeling disconnected, together we can work through unresolved experiences, release expectations that no longer serve you, and help you reconnect with and embrace your true self. The goal is to create a life that feels whole, empowered, and aligned with who you truly are.

Therapeutic Approaches

I enjoy the collaborative relationship that private practice provides. I blend conventional and alternative therapeutic techniques and modalities, tailoring each approach to what will be the most helpful for each client.

I became certified in Cognitive Processing Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy at the Department of Veteran Affairs. I also had an amazing opportunity to obtain my certification in Past Life Regression Therapy from Dr. Brain Weiss.

I am level 1 and 2 trained in Clinical Hypnosis through the American Society of Clinical Hypnosis and level 1 trained in Brainspotting. I am also trained in Meditation, Mindfulness, Shadow Work, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.
